Title, Registration and Other Paperwork
The annual cost of owning a modern cruising sailboat is minimum 25% of the capital cost of the boat. Most people budget at least 10% for maintenance, 3% insurance, 2% moorage, 5% depreciation, and 5% interest on the principle.
