Out-of-production 51-foot monohull center-cockpit fiberglasssloop or ketch with pilothouse from Siltala Yachts Oy. Designed by Sparkman & Stephens. Formerly built in Finland. 52 produced from 1981 to 1994. Also called the Nauticat 52. Began with a side-entry pilothouse (Nauticat 52). Changed to rear entry (Nauticat 521) in 1986.

Yachting Monthly′s unique, free service can put you in touch with owners of similar boats for an honest and impartial opinion. Primarily for British and European boats.
- Contact YM for a second opinion
Each Yachting Monthly issue from March 2001 through July 2004 contained short used boat reviews, with specifications and typical prices. The series covers almost 600 boats, but only about 15 per issue. For the complete set, order all 41 back issues or find a library that subscribes.
